I just want to let you gals know, one of my favorite things to do each week is listen to the podcast! I was so happy to hear last week that you’ll be continuing it through the summer; I’ll definitely be listening!
I think Jan being pregnant would be too soap operaish, and even through Michael would be so excited about it, I think it’d be dumb to give Jan a kid with him at this point. I suppose it would make sense, though. In their own ways, they both want kids, I just think a Michael/Jan kid would be a little scary!
I totally agree with you guys about Jan. Professional Jan thinks Jan’s crazy, but I’m glad to see personal Jan is winning her mental battle with herself about dating Michael!
I LOVE how much you guys pay attention. I didn’t catch the Daniels offspring connection!
I still don’t like Karen. Jim barely reacted to her revealing all the guys “she dated.” I hope they break up soon.
I loved Chad! He had lots of good things to say.
Keep up the great work. I’m sad about the (rumored) Office hiatus, but I’m happy to hear I’ll at least have The Office Alliance each week!

I totally agree with you on the soap opera-ish-ness of an unplanned Michael and Jan pregnancy. It seems like there are other things that they could explore before they go there. I think the nausea that Jan kept experiencing was the result of Professional!Jan’s conflict with Personal!Jan.
We’re so glad you like the show! And we loved having Chad on, too. He was so much fun to talk to.

I just want to thank you girls for doing this show!! You got me into the Office and I am so happy you did. It rocked!! I think that Jan just needs to accept the fact that she like Michael and go with it. That is probably causing her so much uneeded stress. That’s probably why her therapist told her to go for it. It reminds me of an episode of Malcolm in the Middle. Malcom gets paired with this pretty blonde popular girl in Chemstry class, but she actually turns out to be very smart so they start going out. The only thing is, she only goes out with him in private. As soon as they are in public and in front of her friends, she treats him like she normally would, yet is madly in love with him. That’s how I see it anyways. I love the show. I would so love it if you guys did commentaries on your favorite Office episodes. It could help us get through the hiatus and give us an excuse to watch the first two seasons over again. Keep it up.

Erica!! There are not sweeter words in the English language than “You got me into ‘The Office.’” Unless it’s John Krasinski saying, “Melody, let’s totally have babies.” Those may be sweeter words.
I love your Malcolm in the Middle comparison! That’s so funny.
It’s interesting that you mentioned doing the commentaries! Something to keep in mind…!
Anyway, thanks so much, Erica…you ROCK!
