With your hosts Kimberly, Melody, and Sarah.

HAPPY NEW YEAR! All the best to you from all of us at TOA!

Scranton Scoop with this week’s “Office” news

Performance Review for “The Convention.” We’ve dragged our friend Edward into the discussion this week, where for the first time we get to discuss an episode that wasn’t brand new.

Faxes From the Future Our first FFTF segment ponders the relationship between everybody’s favorite couple, Angela and Dwight. How did it start, what’s going on now, and (spoiler-free!!) speculation for the future. Let us know what you think about the future of their relationship by emailing us, or leaving a comment on this post!

  • Sarah thinks their theme song is “Yoshimi Battles the Pink Robots Pt. 1″ by The Flaming Lips. You can hear it at The Flaming Lips’ website here. (Go to the “Audio” section; it’s on the album “At War with the Mystics”)

Fandomnicity Melody covers the latest happenings in “The Office” fandom.

Email Surveillance In our first ever mail segment, Chad from Colorado Springs wonders if Michael’s photoshopped Christmas card was sent to everyone, or just to Carol. Send us YOUR questions at staff@theofficealliance.com, and we might read your question in an upcoming show!

Oh my gosh! I love you guys and I love your podcast. My brain about exploded when I realized that your special guest Edward is “Sexual Edward: The Musical” Edward from MCFCC! (Because seriously, who else has that voice?) Just so happy to see two of my absolute favorite fandoms collide. And I love Edward, he’s so funny! :) Keep up the excellent work guys, “That’s What She Said” is great too but, being a female, I often prefer the mostly female take on the show your podcast provides, as I too am a Mrs. Halpert-wannabe. ;) Thanks for keeping me entertained as I trudge through mundane computer work!

Thanks, Callie and Alexandria, for your comments and support!

Callie, tune in next week to hear how we came to be (your comment inspired us to explain). We are actually the product of a fandom collision!

Alexandria, welcome! We hope you continue to like what you hear!
